My commitment to excellence and professionalism while representing you in the purchase of a home is serious.  As part of my commitment to you, I GUARANTEE to complete the following services effectively.

 

  • INITIAL CONSULTATION: I guarantee to meet with you and listen carefully to your wants then complete an evaluation of your needs and analyze your resources.

     

  • DETERMINE PRICE RANGE:  I guarantee to show you how to get the most home for your money and that you will receive an estimate of funds necessary to close the transaction.

     

  • FIND THE RIGHT HOME FOR YOU:  I guarantee to provide you with information and arrange showings for any listed property on the multiple listing service, or new home builder websites that are of interest to you, based on the criteria we have established.  

     

  • WRITING PURCHASE OFFER:  I guarantee to do the necessary research to help structure a successful offer. I will draft the purchase Agreement for you advising you on protective contingencies.  I will present your offer to seller’s agent representing you in the best way possible and assist you with all negotiations. Upon acceptance of your offer, I will keep you informed during the entire purchase process.

     

  • OPEN ESCROW / CONTINGENCY PERIOD / CLOSING:  I guarantee to guide you through the escrow process beginning through closing.  Explaining contingency time frames in your purchase agreement, such as: place ernest money deposit in escrow; secure financing; perform inspections; review seller’s disclosures; and satisfy any other contingency to which your purchase is subject. Upon your request I will accompany you to the the settlement closing (if local), to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

     

  • QUALITY COMMUNICATION:  I guarantee to keep you informed of anything that is pertinent to you at all times and make myself available to you for questions continually throughout the purchase process.

     

  • MANAGEMENT AVAILABILITY:  I guarantee that if for any reason you have a question or circumstance that you would like addressed with our Management Personnel, that you will have satisfactory access and immediate personal attention.

     

  • MY COMMITMENT TO YOU:  I will invest substantial time and effort in locating your home, and will represent you with professionalism and unequaled integrity and will protect your best interest throughout the purchase of that home.

     

  • HOW I AM COMPENSATED:  I work entirely on commission, which I receive only if I initiate and complete a transaction for you. All the services I provide you are uncompensated unless you purchase a home through me.  Real Estate commissions traditionally are paid at the close of escrow from the sellers proceeds.

     

  • YOUR COMMITMENT TO ME: I request your loyalty, a commitment that you will work with me exclusively, in selecting and purchasing your home. If you see any home that interests you, ask me about it, whether it is advertised on the internet, by another agent, for sale by owner, etc. as I am able to best represent you in the pursuit of the property.
